Who we are

Zentara Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates zentara.com. For any privacy question, write to info@zentara.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send through the contact form:

• your name and email address;
• your area of expertise, if you select one;
• your message.

To stop abuse, our server briefly processes your IP address to limit how many messages one connection can send. We do not store it with your message, and it is discarded from memory within an hour.

What we do not collect

This site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies and no local storage.

Why we use it

We use your details only to read and reply to your message, for example about research, clinical, data or investment collaboration. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent by email to info@zentara.com, hosted by our email provider. Our web server does not keep a copy of messages. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and delete it within 24 months of our last exchange unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to its use. Email info@zentara.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
